AeroFlight became involved in the aviation field in 1986 by offering the service of
preparing and maintaining Minimum Equipment Lists for Part 91, 125, and 135 operations. By
1990, AeroFlight realized the great need for a Maintenance Library distributed on CD/ROM
and placed the library on the market in 1991. With this library, customers
were able to meet all government demands with far less effort and fewer hassles than those
commonly encountered when searching for important information in books or on microfiche.
Seeing the need to make this information available in a more timely manner, AeroFlight
is now offering the same library via the Internet. Instead of updates once or twice
each month, the information is now available as soon as it can be loaded on the AeroFlight
computers. Furthermore, since the costs of making and distributing CD-ROMs is
eliminated or reduced, we are able to pass the savings along to our customers. |
